Sports Presentation Evening – change of date

I am writing to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, the date of Sports Presentation Evening has been changed.

Sports Presentation Evening will now be held on Wednesday 4 November 2009 at 7.30pm.

Please return the pro forma attched to the letter dated 23 October 2009, as quickly as possible indicating the number of guests coming, even if you have already replied.

Please accept apologies for any inconvenience caused by this change of date.

I look forward to seeing you on 4 November 2009.
